- Physical materials: Printed guides or workbooks shipped by post within Norway.
Free content available on the Website without payment is not subject to this policy. Enquiries submitted through our contact form do not constitute purchases and are not eligible for refunds.
Statutory Right of Cancellation
If you are a consumer purchasing at a distance (online, by email, or by phone) within Norway or the European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Cancellation Act (Angrerettloven).
The cancellation period begins:
- For digital products: on the day the contract is concluded (i.e., the day of purchase confirmation).
- For services: on the day the contract is concluded, unless the service has already been fully performed with your prior express consent.
- For physical goods: on the day you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You may use the contact details in Section 10 or any other clear statement of your intention to cancel. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request promptly.
3.1 Exceptions to the Cancellation Right
Under applicable law, the right of cancellation does not apply to:
- Digital content delivered immediately where you have given express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your cancellation right once delivery begins.
- Services that have been fully performed before the end of the cancellation period, where performance began with your prior express consent.
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Digital Educational Products
Digital products (PDFs, e-books, templates) are delivered electronically, typically by email, within 1–3 business days of purchase confirmation.
4.1 Before Download or Access
If you cancel within 14 days and have not yet downloaded or accessed the digital product, you are entitled to a full refund. No reason is required.
4.2 After Download or Access
Once you have downloaded or accessed a digital product with your express consent to immediate delivery, your statutory cancellation right may no longer apply. However, we will consider refund requests on a discretionary basis in the following circumstances:
- The product file is corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from its description.
- Technical issues on our side prevented you from accessing the product within a reasonable time.
- You purchased the wrong product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery without having used the content.
Refunds are not available for change-of-mind after a digital product has been successfully delivered and accessed, except where required by mandatory consumer law.
Consulting Sessions
Nutrition consulting sessions are educational in nature and are booked by mutual agreement on date, time, and format (remote or in-person).
5.1 Cancellation Before the Session
- More than 48 hours before: Full refund or free rescheduling to a new date of your choice.
- 24–48 hours before: 50% refund or one free rescheduling (subject to availability).
- Less than 24 hours before: No refund, but rescheduling may be offered at our discretion for genuine emergencies.
5.2 No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session fee is non-refundable. We will attempt to contact you at the scheduled start time before considering the session forfeited.
5.3 Cancellation by Us
If we need to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at no additional cost.
Programmes and Challenges
Multi-week programmes involve scheduled content delivery over a defined period. Cancellation terms are communicated at enrolment and may vary by programme.
- Before programme start: Full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the official start date.
- Within 7 days of start: 75% refund if no programme materials have been accessed.
- After programme start: Refunds are generally not available once the programme has commenced and materials have been delivered, unless we are unable to deliver the programme as described.
- Partial completion: No pro-rata refunds for programmes partially completed, except in cases of service failure on our part.
If you experience circumstances that prevent you from continuing a programme (serious illness, bereavement), please contact us. We will review your situation individually and may offer a deferral, credit, or partial refund where appropriate.
Physical Materials
Printed educational materials shipped within Norway may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

We will provide a return address and any packaging guidance. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
Ship the item
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is processed within 14 business days.
Damaged or defective items received should be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.
Refund Process
When a refund is approved, we will process it as follows:
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing time is up to 14 business days from the date we confirm your refund approval.
- Bank or card issuer processing times may add additional days before funds appear in your account.
- You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been initiated.
If you paid by invoice, we will issue a credit note or arrange a bank transfer refund as appropriate. For international payments, currency conversion rates applied by your bank are outside our control.
Non-Refundable Items and Exceptions
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Free resources, samples, or promotional materials provided at no charge.
- Personalised plans that have been fully delivered and customised to your specifications.
- Consulting sessions that have already taken place.
- Digital products accessed or downloaded with your express consent to waive the cancellation right.
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago, except where a product defect or service failure is demonstrated.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under mandatory Norwegian or EEA consumer protection law. Where this policy provides less protection than the law requires, the law prevails.
